As we are moving forward in life, sometimes we can complain about how hard the transition can be. Imagine a trapeze artist flying through the air. They have to let go of one bar to reach for the next one. Sometimes we have to let go of what we know so we can move into our future.
Prayer:
God, thank you for bringing me out of my past and moving me into the future you have planned for me. Help me to let go of the things I need to and cling to the best that you have for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
