A lot of people are skeptics of the Bible. Sometimes it’s a struggle to really know if the Bible can be trusted. Is it really the voice of God? God wants you to be wise. He wants you to look at all the information given and come to a conclusion yourself. If God didn’t want us to think for ourselves, He wouldn’t have given us free will. In Isaiah 1:18 it says, “Come now, let us reason together.” God is okay with you seeking and searching for answers. God wants you to think. He invites us to use our mind when it comes to our faith. If He didn’t, He wouldn’t have written as much about wisdom in the Bible. He loves you and wants you to believe in Him and the Bible, but He does not have a problem with you seeking to get answers to your questions.
