We are so excited at HC Youth that you’ve decided to go on our 2022 missions trip to Nashville, Tennessee, from July 23rd – July 30th. We are going to help serve a community that is in need while still being able to grow in our own faith, be challenged by what God has for us, and continue to make friends along the way. On this page we’ve explained how to pay online and listed a lot of common FAQs. We are so thankful that you trust us and are willing to partner with us, and we can’t wait to see the changes made in all of our lives through this amazing missions trip!

The day is July 30th, and the time will be released as the trip gets closer.

Yes, we will be staying overnight on our way to Nashville.  We will also be staying overnight on our way back to Michigan.  The overnight location will be the same in both instances: Church On Fire located in Batesville, Indiana.

You can make payments by either writing a check to Heritage Church or using the online option sent to you in your email.

Yes, you should have already signed a paper copy, but you were all emailed another one with a little more information that will allow you access to pay online, so please be sure to fill that one out too!

We will be taking rented passenger vans and driving down.

The company we go through for missions trips is called YouthWorks. They take care of all accommodations when we are there and we will be staying at a local church.

We will be serving the Nashville community in various ways such as helping kid's programs, working at a food bank, lending a hand in an elderly home, etc. Most importantly, your kids will get an amazing opportunity to grow in their faith and relationships with others.

A packing list will be sent out to everyone closer to the trip!

Meals will be covered for the trip, but it is encouraged for kids to bring some spending money in case they would like to buy anything else.

Yes, they can bring their phones, but we do encourage them to stay off all electronics as much as possible to focus on continuing to build their relationship with Jesus.

We will have a texting service that parents can sign up for that will allow Connor Mead to send updates and highlights throughout the week!

Connor Mead will be the central contact for the trip and he will send out all of his information closer to the trip.
