We live in a fallen world. Evil things are all around us. Bad things happen to good people. But that doesn’t mean we need to let it impact us. We are called to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:14-16). We are supposed to use the God within us to change the world around us. Do not let the world influence you, but you influence them.
Prayer:
God, thank you for the opportunity to be a spokesman for you. I want to speak good words instead of worthless ones. Use me to influence the world around me and bring people closer to you. In Jesus name. Amen.
