Check-In for participants starts at 8:30AM and ends at 10:00AM.
o Please arrive at least 60 minutes before your start time to account for parking and registration.
o This will also give you time to enjoy our kids inflatables, corn hole, food trucks, multiple vendors, and connecting with others!
· There will be food trucks for coffee, water, sodas, hot dogs, sandwiches, and more!
· There will be also four water stations for our participants.

The route starts in the Southwest parking lot of Stoney Creek High School. Utilizing the sidewalk we will go north on Sheldon Road and turn right onto Clear Creek Drive, entering a subdivision. Runners will utilize the roads in this sub. Runners area will be safely coned off and have room for traffic. Upon exiting the north side of the subdivision onto Mead Road, we will go west, once again utilize the sidewalks, until returning south on Sheldon Road and returning to the same parking lot as we started. Total distance = 3.1 miles
F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Will you cancel if there is inclement weather?
A: No, we will run RAIN OR SHINE! If there is lightning or we need to cancel due to circumstances outside of our control, we will alert everyone via text and email.
Q: Are Runners and Walkers completing the 5K together?
A: No. Runners will begin promptly at 9:15AM. Walkers will begin promptly at 10:00AM.
Q: What happens if I am running late?
A: We will be closing registration at 10:00AM. If you already completed your registration and have your participant packet, you may start your run or walk up to 10 minutes after the start time. After that, I’m afraid you will not be able to participate in the 5K. But you may still enjoy everything there is to offer!
Q: What happens if I need to leave early?
A: Because the traffic for the entrance to the school does not interfere with our course, you may leave whenever you wish.
Q: What kind of festivities are included?
A: There will be a Kid’s Zone with inflatables, crafts, and fun for the kids! There will be a coffee truck and a food truck for purchase. We will also have music, corn hole boards, and a seating area to enjoy!
Q: Will I be able to change into my race day shirt?
A: We recommend you arrive wearing your race shirt to save time. But you can also utilize the restrooms inside the school, as they will be open for the entire event.
Q: Will my family and friends be able to come watch and support?
A: Yes! We welcome ALL supporters to come out to the event. We will have a kid zone, food truck, crafts, corn hole, music, and a large seating area for those not participating.
Q: Am I still able to fundraise after the event?
A: Of course! The fundraising link for the 5K will be active and available to receive funds until Sunday, October 18th!
