Graphic Designer

OVERVIEW:
As a graphic designer of Heritage Church, our role is to create captivating designs that is appealing and attractive to our target audience we are reaching. More specifically, as the graphic designer, you will be working along side the Arts Coordinator fulfilling job requests from clients/ other ministries within the church. You will be able to brand and design events, create merchandise and other print assets, and work along side other creatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Branding and designing events to support Heritage Ministries.
- Help keep and maintain branding style guide.
- Assist in creating Weekend Service support graphics.
- Create social media images.
- Assist in curating Heritage gear and merchandising.
- Assist in main event designs (Easter, Christmas, Summer Baptisms, Fall Kickoff)
Requirements:
- Have some prior experience with design and branding.
- Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Can work on 2-4 projects at a time.
- Flexible and striving to learn more.
- Think outside the box with design concepts.
- Can meet deadlines and deliver designs in an appropriate time frame.
- Can work collaboratively with a team.
- Positive and optimistic attitude.
- Has an eye and attention to detail.

Children's Director

Position Summary:
The Children’s Director will lead the HC Kids program, fostering spiritual growth in children while building and inspiring a robust team of volunteers. This individual will oversee all aspects of the children’s ministry, including teaching, program development, volunteer recruitment, and the planning of large-scale community events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the weekly HC Kids program, ensuring engaging and spiritually enriching experiences for children.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of 100+ volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Plan and execute large community-impact events several times per year.
- Develop volunteers in order to teach age-appropriate lessons that align with the church’s values and vision.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align the children’s ministry with broader church initiatives.
- Manage ministry resources, ensuring effective use of time, budget, and materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong teaching experience, particularly with children, in a ministry or educational setting.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead large volunteer teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to plan impactful events and programs.
- Team-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and alignment with the church’s values.
- Previous ministry experience is required.

Worship Leader

OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a musically-gifted, spiritually-mature, biblically-grounded, evangelistic Christian to lead worship at multiple Heritage Church campuses under the direction of the Worship Pastor. The ideal candidate has a high-energy, can-do outlook with the ability to work in a fast, fluid and flexible environment. The ideal candidate also has experience leading high- energy worship and performance songs in front of large crowds in a “seeker-aware” church, shepherding worship teams, and recruiting talented musicians, and vocalists.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work under the direction of Worship Pastor to plan and execute the weekend and worship services at Heritage Church.
- Lead the musical portion of assigned worship services.
- Recruit, identity, and develop new volunteers in the church’s worship ministries.
- Serve others, as needed, in a team environment.
- Attend all church staff meetings and retreats.
REQUIREMENTS
- A lifestyle congruent with the biblical requirements for leaders. (1 Timothy 3:1-13; 2 Timothy 2; Titus 1:5-9).
- A calling to ministry.
- Agreement with the mission, vision, and beliefs of Heritage Church.
- A demonstrated gift for high-energy worship leading.
- A fun, outgoing, creative, problem-solving personality. A positive attitude is a must!
- Willingness to design services and multiple creative components including new and old worship songs, secular songs, media, humor, fun element, etc.
- Significant skill as a vocalist and instrumentalist. Preferably piano or guitar.
- Broad knowledge of music across multiple styles and generational tastes.
- Should be proficient in leading and arranging for vocalists and bands.
- Should have experience leading and managing multiple staff and volunteer teams.
- Should be familiar with Ableton, Logic, ProPresenter, and Planning Center.
