Heritage Fair Project | Imlay City

Heritage Church is serving the Imlay City community from

Monday, July 27 – Saturday, August 1, and Monday, August 3 by helping clean and prepare the Imlay City Fairgrounds each morning for the day's events.

We begin each day at 6:00 AM and work until the job is finished (typically around 9:00 AM).

‍

By serving the fairgrounds, Heritage Church is generously allowed to use the grounds for our large summer baptism service in August at no cost. When you volunteer, you're playing a direct role in creating an opportunity for dozens of people to take their next step and publicly follow Jesus through baptism!

Volunteer Information

Who can serve? Any able-bodied adult is welcome to participate. Teens and children may also serve, but we recommend children be at least 5 years old.

‍

Some days have limited volunteer spots due to the amount of work needed. However, we especially need additional help toward the end of the week and on the final cleanup day, Monday, August 3.

Volunteer Appreciation

As a thank you for serving, every volunteer will receive a one-day admission ticket to use during fair week.

‍

Since the Fair will have concluded by the final cleanup on Monday, August 3, we'll celebrate with a team breakfast, and Heritage Church will cover the cost.
